The success of Riverview Elementary is built on the incredible support of our parent volunteers. When you lend a hand, you’re not just helping with a specific task; you're helping to create a vibrant, thriving community for our students and teachers. There are countless ways to get involved, from helping in the classroom or library to assisting with special events like our annual Fun Run or Book Fairs. Every hour you contribute makes a real difference in enriching the school experience for our kids.

Volunteering is also a fantastic way to connect with other parents and feel more connected to the school. It offers a unique opportunity to see firsthand the amazing things happening at Riverview and to be a direct part of the positive energy. We have a variety of opportunities available, whether you have 30 minutes to spare once a month or an hour each week. We'd love to find an opportunity that fits your schedule and interests.

All volunteers need to have current background ​checks on file at Riverview Elementary. Background checks are good for two years, for all schools within the Evergreen School District. It's a simple process! You can find the background check form HERE.
